Find an event on the Browse Events page, click Register, select your category, fill in your personal details, and complete payment. Your spot is confirmed instantly once payment is received.

Category changes depend on the organiser's policy. Contact the organiser directly from the event page. RaceHub cannot process category transfers on the organiser's behalf.

When you start registration, your slot is reserved for 10 minutes while you complete your details and payment. If payment is not completed within 10 minutes, the slot is released back to the public.

Yes. During registration, fill in the participant's personal details (not your own). The confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your RaceHub account.

Minimum age requirements vary per event and category. Each category shows any age restrictions on the event page. Participants below 18 may require parental consent — check the event details.

RaceHub currently processes payments via Billplz, which supports FPX online banking (all major Malaysian banks), credit and debit cards, and e-wallets.

Yes. All payments are processed by Billplz, a licensed payment gateway. RaceHub never stores your card or banking credentials.

Refund policies are set by each event organiser and displayed on the event page before you register. RaceHub does not process refunds directly — contact the organiser through the event page.

Common reasons include insufficient funds, bank security blocks on online transactions, or session timeouts. Try a different bank or payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank.

Sometimes payment confirmation can take a few minutes. Check your dashboard under My Events. If your registration is not confirmed after 30 minutes, contact us with your transaction reference number.

Race Kit Collection details are listed on each event page under the "Race Kit" section. Typically you'll need to bring your registration confirmation and a valid photo ID.

Your bib number is assigned by the organiser after registration closes. It will appear in your dashboard under My Events and on your registration confirmation.

If you cannot attend, your status will be marked DNS (Did Not Start). This does not affect your RaceHub account but no refund is typically available. Check the event's refund policy.

Results are published by the event organiser, usually within a few hours to a few days of the event. You'll find them in your dashboard under My Events and Results.

Once results are published, go to My Dashboard → Certificates. You can download a PDF certificate for each completed event.

Contact the event organiser directly. RaceHub displays results as provided by organisers and cannot amend timing data.

Sign up for a free organiser account, complete your organisation profile, and create your event from the Organiser Dashboard. New accounts require admin approval before publishing.

RaceHub charges a small platform fee (currently 2%) on each successful registration payment. There are no upfront listing fees.

Payouts are processed after the event is marked as Completed. Funds are transferred to the bank account registered in your Organiser Settings within 7 business days.

Yes. The Organiser Dashboard includes bib assignment, participant check-in, timing integration, and live results publishing.
